Delivery and Shipping

This document sets out the Delivery Information and Shipping Policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at www.winerevolution.co.uk. If you have any questions, please contact us.

  • We want to make your purchase experience as seamless as possible. We are pleased to offer Free UK Delivery on all orders.

    UK Delivery includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. It excludes the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly.

    We also offer International Delivery- cost calculated on a case-by-case basis. For International orders (and excluded regions mentioned above), please contact us.

  • Our Web Shop uses the internationally accredited and securely encrypted Stripe merchant payment processor.

    On placing an order via our website you will immediately receive an order acknowledgement and payment invoice to the email you submitted during checkout. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not received an order acknowledgement. Alternatively, please contact us.

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 weeks. We will always contact you in advance if dispatch is expected to exceed the above timescale.

    As soon as your order is ready for dispatch we will send you an email with an estimated delivery date.

  • Our deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Please specify an address where someone will be available to sign for the parcels.

    Please inspect the delivered items for any shipping damage. Damage must be reported to us within 48hrs of delivery.

    Each unit is comprised of 2 parcels that will arrive together. The combined weight of the parcels is approximately 28kg. The larger parcel is a 20cm diameter tube, 220cm long and weighs 22kg. The smaller parcel is 70cm by 70cm by 9cm and weighs 6kg. You may need to arrange for some assistance when lifting the packages into your property.

    Refused deliveries (except for goods with visible shipping damage) or deliveries that are returned to us after two failed delivery attempts- will incur a £50 charge.

    Please note we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are unable to ship to P.O.Boxes.

  • Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date and tracking information. You will be able to track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

  • We are happy to arrange international delivery on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss.

    UK V.A.T (currently charged at 20%) will be discounted from the website price for all International Orders. Please note- International Orders may be subject to import duties and local taxes. We can often give you an estimate of these customs/taxes, dependant on your country.

    Once your order has been sent we will not be liable to pay any customs charges and local taxes incurred. You as the customer are responsible for paying those fees.

    We hold an official EORI number which allows us to export both business to customer (B2C) and business to business (B2B).
